Their personal musical backgrounds include Fuji, various traditional drumming, Afrobeat, Free Jazz, rock, pop, electronica, contemporary brass band styles and Indian Temple music.  

 

The musical pedigree of the band members makes for genre defying blends. 

The members have worked with artists as diverse as Tony Allen, Mulatu Astatke, 

Andrew Hill,  Sikiru Ayinde Barrister, Rhys Chatham, Jazz Warriors,  Laika, God, Black Top, Ayetoro, Manu Dibango, Dele Sosimi, United Vibrations, to name a few. 

 

Their broad listening base finds them playing in a variety of settings, from late night clubs, Jazz Bars, European Electronic Festivals to Art Installations and theatre settings.
